Investor, Entrepreneur & Lawyer
Michael Topolski is an investor and entrepreneur with a background in law and a focus on identifying, structuring, and executing investment opportunities.
His principal expertise is in U.S. real estate, where he owns and manages two investment companies. His activities also extend to public markets and private investments, including venture capital. He runs the firm in the manner of a family office, with the legal work handled in-house.
His background in law and direct experience in acquiring and operating real assets inform his practical, transaction-oriented approach to investment opportunities.
Origins
Where It Began
Our foundations lie in the Topolski business, established by Moshe Topolski, our founder's father, in 1977 and built over four decades into one of Israel's leading distributors of flooring, natural stone, marble, and bathroom products, today trading as TR. It remains the foundation on which we stand.
That history shapes how we invest: patiently, with an owner's attention to how a business actually runs, and with relationships expected to last for decades.
