Investment Activities
Investment Activities
Our investment activities are grounded in direct ownership experience, independent research, and a flexible approach to evaluating opportunities.
IReal Estate
U.S. Real Estate
The foundation of the firm. Residential property in the United States, acquired, owned, and operated directly.
Real estate is where the firm's experience is deepest and most practical. Through two investment companies, we acquire U.S. residential property, hold it for the long term, and manage it actively, with the operating detail that remote ownership requires.
Each acquisition begins with market analysis: the local economy, rental demand, the condition of the housing stock, and the price at which an asset makes sense against realistic operating assumptions. The work continues after closing, through property and asset management, operational improvements, and the steady attention that protects long-term value.
In practice this means sourcing listed and off-market opportunities, underwriting each against conservative rent and expense assumptions, renovating where it adds value, and placing tenants through local teams we have worked with for years. Insurance, taxes, maintenance, and reporting receive the same attention as the purchase itself.
We look for strategic opportunities in U.S. housing markets where disciplined ownership can improve an asset's performance over time. This is hands-on ownership and management rather than large-scale development.

IICapital Markets
Public Markets
Independent participation in public equity markets, guided by research and fundamental analysis.
The firm invests its own capital in public markets across sectors and geographies. Positions are informed by independent research, fundamental analysis of businesses and their economics, and an assessment of where price and value have diverged.
Public markets also serve as a lens on the wider economy. Pricing, capital flows, and the cost of capital in listed markets inform how we think about private transactions and real assets, and the reverse is equally true.
We do not offer securities trading, portfolio management, or advisory services to outside clients.

IIIPrivate Investments
Private Investments & Venture Capital
Selective participation in private companies and venture opportunities, across industries and stages of development.
Beyond listed markets and real estate, we consider private company investment opportunities: emerging technology sectors, businesses at different stages of growth, and ventures led by capable founders with a clear understanding of their market.
Participation is selective. We are interested in compelling business models, sound economics, and founders we would want to work alongside. Relationships with founders and co-investors matter here, as does the ability to evaluate an opportunity on its merits rather than through the lens of a single industry.
The firm invests on its own account and alongside partners. It is not an accelerator, incubator, broker, or capital placement agency.
